Bill Validation

You are only billed for the energy you use, at the rates that have been agreed with your supplier with no hidden extra’s.
We will update suppliers with meter reads or arrange for Automated Meter Readers to be installed at no cost to you.
We check your data on a quarterly basis to make sure this reflects your consumption.
We will ask the supplier to send a copy of your bills quarterly again to check your bills are correct.
This service is free to all our customers, big or small.
